We use the information you give us to primarily fulfil your orders,managing your account and dealing with queries.
How long do we hold your information for?
We hold personal information for seven years from the date of your last order, this is in line with legal and tax requirement.
How do I control my personal information?
Please contact us if you feel you’d like to correct or update our information held on you, you can request that we no longer hold addresses, names, phone numbers etc but please be aware that copies of all our invoices are kept for seven years for legal and tax purposes and cannot be erased.
However please be assured that this information is stored in a locked area which is manned during the day and the site is covered by security guards at night.
